I maintain that there are three basic ages of skin care for most women. Generally your first moisturiser is liquid and comes from a bottle, then as the years pass you have a thicker lotion from a tube, and the third stage is a cream from a jar. Of course there are exceptions to every rule, but I find that even allowing for inflation over the years that each stage gets progressively more expensive. In my youth a quick dab of moisturising fluid was all I needed, now I am sure I benefit from a more scientific approach with serums and speciality products.
Natura Siberica
Natura Siberica’s products are made using wild harvested herbs and exclusive native ingredients sourced from the unspoilt continent of Siberia, and much of their extensive range is organic. Their Absolut range has been rebranded to Royal Caviar, and contains caviar extracts. Products are smartly presented in black and silver packaging with clever twist up pump dispensers.
Royal Caviar Revitalizing Face Serum
“Loaded with proteins and amino acids Beluga Caviar Extract effectively smoothes out wrinkles and reduces skin sagging by increasing collagen density. The Low Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid penetrates deep into the skin, effectively moisturising it, and locking the moisture inside, while the High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid provides a lifting effect. The Iceland Moss, with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, helps to maintain a pleasant skin tone. As a result your skin looks refreshed, radiant and soft. Its texture is improved and fine lines and wrinkles are visibly reduced”
The serum has an; admittedly initially off putting, greyish green appearance, but sinks without a trace into the skin leaving it feeling and looking smoother and providing a base for your regular moisture to sink into. Freshly and delicately fragranced with a note of herbs it is fresh air and a breath of the outdoors in a bottle. Even a dab on the back of your hand makes the skin feel smother and softer so I am eager to see the effects after a month of use.
Royal Caviar Icy Firming Eye Cream
Loaded with proteins and amino acids Beluga Caviar Extract effectively smoothes out wrinkles and reduces skin sagging, increasing collagen density. The Omega-6 Complex nourishes the skin, thus preventing dehydration and dryness. Wild Harvested Snow Cladonia Extract, which contains unique Usnic Acid, and REGU®-AGE Complex strengthen the skin and help to eliminate puffy eyes and dark circles. As a result, fine lines and wrinkles are smoothed out, feelings of puffiness and dark under-eye circles are visibly diminished, and skin firmness is improved, making your eyes look fresh and bright
The cream is thick, but not sticky, and quickly absorbs with a few gentle pats around the eye area, it immediately feels cooling and tightening, perfect for those mornings that you would like an extra hour’s sleep, or after a long sticky night flight, as well as every day. Barely fragranced.
The products are £15.10 each, for 30ml for the serum, and 15ml for the eye cream, which I think is great value.
Thank you to Natura Siberica for samples. All opinions our own.
These look fab, how did you find it with your skin………mine is really dry at the moment as am having a flare
My ski has really calmed down, but I am now on a long term does of antibiotics for the rosacea. I find any serum is great for helping absorb the moisturiser.
The packaging is really nice and at an affordable price too
Really good product. I know that packaging shouldn’t matter but it really does doesn’t it?
Sounds like a lovely range. Always been taught to concentrate on cleansing, toning and moisturising
Always. And never go to bed in makeup.
Ooh these look lovely. I have only just been saying to my husband that my eyes are starting to look dark and it was time I starting using something. Might give the eye serum a go
I think that good effective skin care need not be expensive at all.
Yes, they are good value, aren’t they? I really do need to take note and start looking after my skin, I am heading towards 50 now, so I have to start some time! Mich x
I am not at all girlie or high maintenance but it is SO important to look after your skin. Nourishing products needn’t be expensive either.
These products look lush!! Definitely look like ones to try this year!
Beautiful products. And so affordable.
I’ve never heard of this brand but will bookmark it for my friend who’s been looking for a product like this!
I cannot wait to try some more from them.
Incredible value for money and thankful that they are fragrance free, once you find some amazing skincare it is more than worth its money.
I’d say gently fragranced, rather than fragrance free. Am impressed with them. Eyecream is now part of the routine.
These are so well priced! They sound really promising and it’s good to hear that the cream isn’t sticky 🙂
Really well priced, and the majority of the plant extracts are organic too.
