AA skincare has deliciously scented, affordable products, suitable for the entire family. Luxury products at mid range prices
In general I am fairly brand loyal when it comes to skin and body products. I am acutely sensitive to smells and really dislike anything artificial or synthetic (most washing powders are a huge problem for me). The products from AA skincare have completely converted me – natural, deliciously scented, gorgeous to use and affordable too with understated neutral packaging. What is not to love?
AA Skincare – haircare and bath or shower gels
The rosemary, sage and burdock shampoo and conditioner is an ideal everyday product, clean and fresh scented it will suit all the family, it left my hair shiny and light, without feeling weighted down by product. We like the neutral scent, and at £5.94 for a 250ml bottle it is a high quality product containing 5 essential oils at a mid range price. Excellent. From a range of 6.
I generally steer away from shower gels as I find them quite drying, but this cedarwood and peppermint is refreshing, zingy, and wakes me up in the morning without drying my skin out as it is SLS free (as are the shampoos). If you use a shower puff you only need a few drops to wash with, so a bottle lasts a good amount of time. Again £5.94 for 250ml.
Shampoo bars are new to the AA Skincare line up – each 50g bar contains the equivalent of 500ml of shampoo which makes them a compact and hand luggage friendly travel solution, as well as being eco friendly with barely any plastic. The Botanical Boost bar with rose and argan oil was again delicious, enough to make me want to wash my hair everyday. Ideal for a beach or pool holiday when your hair needs a quick wash on a daily basis to get rid of salt and chlorine. Again £5.94 a bar, with 8 in the range to choose from.
AA Skincare Frankincense & Rose Hydrating and Toning Facekit
At £21.50 this kit is amazing and I am completely in love with the products. The scent is gorgeous and the products a delight to use. The spritzing toner is lovely to use in the heat, calming and refreshing when you are feeling hot and bothered.
The face cream is backed with essential oils, is non greasy and absorbs in seconds. You can buy this separately for £7.98 and with that performance and price it is easy to see why it it one of their best selling products.
My only criticism is that the toner comes in a 150ml bottle so you cannot take it in your hand luggage, but I’ve decanted some into a smaller bottle for my next flight.
AA Skincare Refresh and Renew Face Kit
Another lovely kit, suitable for all skins at £28.50 containing 4 products.
The rosemary and olive cleansing oil was my fist experience at using a cleansing oil, leaving my skin squeaky clean without that drying effect some cleaners have. Perfect for removing the grime of London.
The Lavender and tea tree oil cleansing gel is antiseptic, anti-fungal and antiviral making it especially suitable for blemish prone skins, and is cooling and refreshing to use at the end of a hot day.
Both the seaweed & aloe eye gel and the neroli & aloe face cream are refreshing and ideal for waking up tired skin, perfect after a long flight, long day or sleepless night. The light herbal scent makes them especially good to give to product adverse men who might have caught the sun and need some soothing products.
All products in kits available separately too. Order from AA Skincare. We received review samples from AA skincare. All opinions our own.

The toning facekit seems divine! I’m cruelty free with all my make-up now, but I’m really struggling to do the same with my skincare, so this should help!
