What makes a sweet more inviting? Gelatine free? Gluten free? Vegetarian? Fat Free? No artificial colours? Dairy free? Delicious tasting?
If your needs are indeed all of the above, then I think you’ll be interested in Goody Good Stuff sweets.
I love the name, and even the packaging is inviting. There is a cute koala on the front. But there is much more to these sweets. They are a natural gummy sweet with a plant derived gelling agent rather than using any animal products. They don’t lack in texture or taste, in fact Family Jen agree that they are nicer than other popular gummy sweets (made with gelatine).
Goody Good stuff boasts that they are first to offer this type of product, along with other added benefits such as no artificial colours and flavours. As well as other allergen free properties.
As a Mother I appreciate this type of quality. Of course ideally my children would despise sweets and never want them. But that isn’t going to happen any day soon, so inevitably they do have sweets. Obviously if the sweets they are eating are “friendlier”, I can feel a little happier. I feel Goody Good Stuff sweets are indeed friendlier.
Some of the range are vegan too, which is great. There is a lack of treats on the market for vegans. I have followed a vegan diet in the past, and find it very limited. Particularly for treats.
So what did the children actually think of them? They loved them! Not only the children, but myself and the husband too. The sweets are delicious, really tasty. And a nice texture. Not too chewy, not too soft. All the flavours we tried went down well. The cola bottles and cherries being particular favourites.
The eight different varieties are strawberry and cream, cherry, tropical fruits, Koala gummy bears, cola, peach, sour fruit salad, and sour mix.
Goody Good stuff sweets are available in many stores, you can find out more information on their website here. The prices ranges from about £1.30-£1.50 for 100g bags.
I can honestly say as a Mother, as a fussy eater, as Jen that these Goody Good Stuff sweets are well worth it, and very yummy. I totally recommend them to all, kids and adults alike.

Taste 5/5 Very tasty. Refreshing, natural flavours, nothing too overpowering. Not just a mouthful of chewy sugar.
Value 4/5 Priced between £1.30-£1.50 for 100g, these are similar priced to other large bags of gummy sweets available in shops. So not over priced in comparison. The bags are big enough to share or to make last. Pretty good value.
Convenience 5/5 I mean, how convenient can sweets be? But really, they are, good for bribery, treats, a little self indulgence, goof for parties, cake decorating, anything. I cannot knock them.
